5.Data retention

We retain information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service, and thereafter as required to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. We delete or anonymize information when it is no longer needed.

6.Security

We use technical and organizational measures designed to protect information, including encryption in transit and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7.Your rights and choices

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict the processing of your personal information, or to object to certain processing (for example, under the CCPA or GDPR). To exercise these rights, contact us at team@ussoftwarecompany.com. If your data is managed by an organization that uses the Service, we may direct your request to that organization.
